Oyasumi Scheherazade

Whispers echo through the halls of the girls' dormitory about a supposed witch residing in Room 13. According to the rumors circulating among the student body, this mysterious figure lures innocent and unsuspecting girls into her quarters under the cover of darkness to engage in scandalous behavior. The exaggerated tales have painted a sinister picture of the room's occupant, leaving many students wary of what might happen behind its closed doors after nightfall. The truth, however, is far more innocent than the gossip suggests. The resident of Room 13 is Herazato Shie, a girl burdened by a peculiar condition: she is entirely unable to fall asleep unless she recounts a story to someone first. Specifically, she needs to share detailed narratives about the various movies she has watched. Driven by this nightly compulsion, Shie opens her door to any willing listener who dares to step inside. Rather than a den of wickedness, her room becomes a quiet sanctuary for cinema lovers, where she transforms from a feared rumor into a modern-day storyteller, offering a new cinematic tale each night to anyone ready to listen until sleep finally claims her.
