Kokuei no Junk

Kokuei no Junk follows the journey of a young knight named Junk, who finds himself burdened by an inescapable legacy. Born to a father renowned as a legendary figure in their world, Junk has spent his life standing beneath the immense shadow cast by his parent’s extraordinary achievements. Rather than embracing this prestigious heritage, he actively seeks to carve out his own distinct path, determined to prove that his worth is not merely an extension of his family name. The weight of future expectations presses heavily upon the young knight, as those around him constantly measure his potential against the towering reputation of his father. Every step he takes is scrutinized by peers and superiors alike, all anticipating that he will inevitably rise to match the greatness of his bloodline. This relentless pressure transforms what should be a noble calling into a suffocating trial of identity. Driven by a quiet but fierce resolve, Junk strives to distance himself from these predetermined notions of glory. His story explores the profound internal conflict between honoring one's lineage and forging an independent destiny. As he navigates the demanding world of knighthood, Junk must confront whether he can truly escape the expectations placed upon him or if the shadow of his legendary father will forever define his existence.
