Bokura wa Minna Kawai-sou

Kazunari Usa's dream of living away from his parents is fulfilled when they allow him to move into an old boarding house called Kawai Complex. With his landlady providing him meals and his parents covering his rent, Kazunari finally achieves the peaceful life he longs for as he prepares to enter his first year of high school. However, his new life is soon disrupted by the eccentric inhabitants of the boarding house, including resident masochist Shirosaki, drunkard Mayumi Nishikino, and seemingly innocent college student Sayaka Watanabe. As Kazunari settles into the Kawai Complex, he realizes that the quirky characters surrounding him are bound to add a twist to the life he has been hoping to live, particularly since he shares the building with Ritsu Kawai, a second-year student he has a crush on.
