Summary
Official Details
High school students Chiharu Saeki and Wataru Toda are brought together by a shared passion for cinema. What begins as a fast friendship built on their mutual love of movies takes an unexpected turn when Chiharu suddenly confesses his romantic feelings for Wataru. Rather than pulling away, Wataru insists that the confession does not bother him, and the two boys continue spending their summer together just as they always have. Their days are filled with pilgrimages to real-world locations featured in their favorite films, allowing them to share the experiences they both cherish most. However, as the warm weeks pass and their time together deepens, Wataru’s initial certainty begins to waver. The more moments he shares with Chiharu, the more he realizes that his easy dismissal of the confession may have been premature. Beneath his calm exterior, Wataru slowly confronts the possibility that his own emotions are shifting, and that his feelings for Chiharu might be far more reciprocal than he ever anticipated.
