Dies Irae: Amantes Amentes

In May 1945, as Soviet forces close in on Berlin, a clandestine circle of sorcerers and madmen convenes to execute a devastating ritual. Indifferent to the crumbling Reich, they harness the countless casualties of war as fuel for their dark magic. Following the conflict, the group vanishes entirely, surviving only in whispered legends that prophesy their eventual return—and with it, the end of the world. These demons in human guise are known as the Longinus Dreizehn Orden. Decades later in modern Japan, Fujii Ren is discharged from the hospital after spending two months recovering from severe injuries sustained in a brutal fight with his closest friend, Shiro. As the holiday season approaches, Ren attempts to piece his life back together and hold onto whatever normalcy remains. However, his fragile peace shatters when the knights of the Longinus Dreizehn Orden resurface, dragging the apocalypse directly to his doorstep. To survive and protect those he holds dear, Ren is forced to wield the same unholy power as his enemies, standing against the terrifying, inhuman might of an ancient order determined to bring about the end of all things.
