Tokyo Death Game

Sixteen-year-old Kaname Amamiya is a compassionate young man burdened by tragedy. Following the deaths of his parents, he became the sole caretaker of his fourteen-year-old sister, Miyu. Now facing a dire medical crisis, Miyu requires an exorbitantly expensive surgery to survive past her twentieth birthday. Desperation deepens when a mysterious figure known as Cypher—a skeletal entity—hijacks media broadcasts across the nation, declaring that he has purchased Japan. He announces his intention to isolate Tokyo and host a deadly competition called "The Tokyo Game." Though he warns that the challenges will be grueling, Cypher promises to grant a single wish to the victor. For Kaname, this impossible offer represents Miyu's only hope, prompting him to register and join the massive crowds gathering in the sealed city. What initially appears to be a straightforward race to reach a series of towers quickly descends into carnage. The game’s true nature is revealed as participants begin dying, transforming a simple objective into a brutal fight for survival. Broadcasting the slaughter to captive audiences, Cypher deliberately stokes humanity's darkest instincts to maximize viewership. Thrust into this merciless life-or-death struggle just to reach the first checkpoints, Kaname must navigate escalating horrors, knowing far worse trials await him in the games ahead.
