Saudade

Café Sa? is a quiet establishment whose very name evokes profound feelings of longing and nostalgia. Unlike ordinary coffee shops, it operates under the careful guidance of its owner, Yoshino, who maintains strict standards regarding customer etiquette and behavior. Despite these firm rules, a select few patrons are drawn to the café, seeking a rare and genuine sense of relaxation that cannot be found anywhere else. Beyond serving as a peaceful retreat for its visitors, Café Sa? holds a much deeper purpose. It is a place defined by anticipation—a space where those who have been long awaited may finally appear. The atmosphere is steeped in the quiet hope of reuniting with someone deeply important. At the heart of this enduring vigil is Yoshino, whose unwavering devotion to the café mirrors a deeply personal wait. While customers come and go in search of comfort, Yoshino remains steadfastly behind the counter, patiently waiting for one specific person to walk through the doors.
