Rail Wars!: Nihon Kokuyuu Tetsudou Kouantai - The Revolver

Naoto Takayama, a second-year student at Kiryu Tetsudou High School, harbors a simple ambition: to secure a safe, undemanding assignment that will allow him to live out his days in peace. However, his hopes for a quiet life are abruptly shattered when he is selected to intern with the notorious Public Rail Road Security Corps. Much to his dismay, this placement thrusts him directly into one of the most perilous working environments in all of Japan. Far from the relaxed position he envisioned, the Security Corps serves as the nation's primary line of defense against a radical extremist faction. This violent left-wing group is waging an aggressive campaign to force the privatization of the railways, turning every assignment into a potential battlefield. As a frontline unit tasked with protecting the country's rail infrastructure, the corps faces constant threats from these determined insurgents. Compounding the danger is Naoto’s complete lack of both combat training and personal motivation. Thrown into a high-stakes conflict without the necessary skills or drive, he finds himself woefully unprepared for the realities of his new role. Surrounded by volatile political violence and relentless adversaries, the reluctant student must now confront a daunting question: can he possibly survive the escalating rail wars?
