Ano Ko to Juliet

Ryousuke and Mitsuru are high school students who have been in love since childhood, sharing a bond so deep that they liken themselves to Romeo and Juliet. However, much like the star-crossed lovers they emulate, their romance faces a seemingly insurmountable obstacle: their fathers are bitter enemies locked in a fierce rivalry. Desperate to avoid being torn apart by this family feud, the two young lovers reach a drastic conclusion. Faced with the threat of separation, Ryousuke and Mitsuru decide to elope, hoping to finally secure a future together away from the conflict that divides their families. Beyond the titular story, this collection features additional sparkling tales of high school romance. One narrative explores the blossoming relationship between a popular idol and her childhood friend, while another follows the timid, heartfelt journey of a student tasked with delivering love letters on behalf of someone else, only to quietly experience the pangs of romance along the way. Together, these stories form a brilliant compilation of youthful love, offering a charming assortment of emotional and romantic short works.
