Rescue Maiden MIKO-chan

Ayumu Mikoshiba is an ordinary junior high school boy whose family manages a traditional, aging shrine that has seen a steady decline in visitors over the years. Desperate to breathe new life into their struggling place of worship and attract followers once more, his parents make an unconventional decision regarding his future. To fulfill this unexpected destiny, Ayumu must don a disguise and embrace cross-dressing as he steps into his new heroic persona. He is not alone in this endeavor; he is joined by Fuu-chan, a small, fox-like mascot companion who guides and supports him throughout his journey. Together, the unlikely duo works tirelessly to protect the peace and safety of their local town from various threats. Balancing the everyday challenges of middle school life with his secret duties, Ayumu navigates his unusual double life, hoping that his efforts as a magical girl will ultimately s쳮d in reviving his family's beloved shrine.
