For seven years, Misuzu and Yuu have shared an unbreakable bond as childhood friends. Their relationship has always been built on easy camaraderie and mutual trust, allowing them to navigate life side by side without a single moment of romantic tension. Neither has ever considered the possibility of their friendship evolving into something more, comfortably existing within the familiar boundaries they established long ago. To both of them, the idea of crossing that line seems entirely out of the question. Everything shifts when Misuzu, driven by her artistic pursuits, asks Yuu to serve as the model for one of her paintings. What begins as a simple creative exercise quickly becomes a deeply personal experience. As she studies his features and translates them onto the canvas, Misuzu discovers an unexpected intensity fueling her brushstrokes. The fervor she feels goes far beyond her usual dedication to art, awakening emotions she never anticipated. Through this quiet, transformative session, she is forced to confront a startling realization: the passion stirring within her heart is not merely artistic inspiration, but the sudden, undeniable bloom of genuine romantic love for her oldest friend.
