Teppan!

In the heart of Tokyo's Nihonbashi district, a neighborhood increasingly defined by its booming anime culture and the proliferation of maid cafes, sixteen-year-old Rikuto arrives at his new residence. He is set to stay at a local teppanyaki restaurant, but his introduction to the establishment begins with an incredibly awkward encounter: the very first thing he sees upon walking through the doors is the underwear of Satsuki, the seventeen-year-old daughter of the family who lives there. Despite this embarrassing start, Satsuki warmly welcomes him into her home, and Rikuto soon finds himself enjoying a delicious teppanyaki meal she prepares just for him. The peaceful atmosphere is abruptly shattered when a group of thugs storms into the restaurant. The intruders have come to forcibly evict the family, intending to clear the property for a redevelopment project. Satsuki bravely stands her ground against the aggressors, but the situation quickly escalates when one of the thugs seizes her by the throat. With the young woman who so graciously welcomed him now in immediate danger, Rikuto faces a critical moment. As violence erupts inside the teppanyaki shop, he must decide how far he is willing to go to protect his new home and save Satsuki from harm.
