Kimochi no Katachi

Satsuki Takenaka is a first-year high school student who spends her days working quietly as a library assistant. Beneath her unassuming daily routine, however, she harbors a closely guarded secret: she is deeply infatuated with her upperclassman, Kano Kitamura. For Satsuki, this hidden affection is far more than a simple teenage crush. It represents a profound internal struggle that forces her to question everything she has been taught about societal expectations and the boundaries of conventional romance. Navigating these unfamiliar emotions proves daunting for the young student, who finds herself trapped between her genuine desires and her rigid understanding of what is considered normal. Fortunately, she does not have to face this emotional turmoil entirely alone. A compassionate and remarkably accepting friend steps in to offer guidance, providing Satsuki with the safe space she desperately needs to explore her heart without fear of judgment. With this steadfast support by her side, Satsuki must embark on a delicate journey of self-discovery. To truly embrace her feelings for the one she loves, she must find the courage to dismantle her own preconceived notions and step beyond the comfortable confines of convention. Ultimately, her story is a tender exploration of vulnerability, acceptance, and the quiet bravery required to love authentically.
