Hypnosis Mic: Before the Battle - The Dirty Dawg

In the devastating aftermath of World War III, humanity has been reduced by a third. As the Anno Domini calendar reaches its final year, the existing global order is brought to a definitive end—not through conventional warfare, but at the hands of women wielding an unprecedented power. The ultimate instrument of this new era is the Hypnosis Mic, a specialized microphone capable of directly manipulating the human psyche and reshaping reality itself. Set against this fractured world where words carry literal destructive force, this official manga adaptation brings the acclaimed music project’s hidden history to life in visual form. It chronicles the untold origins of the legendary group known as The Dirty Dawg, exploring the secret story behind their formation and rise. Composed of four formidable individuals—Ichirou Yamada, Samatoki Aohitsugi, Ramuda Amemura, and Jakurai Jinguji—the group stands at the center of a society where psychological dominance has replaced traditional conflict. Together, they navigate a landscape defined by ambition and power, forging a legacy that will ultimately shape the future of a world rebuilt on the strength of the spoken word.
