Stars and Dust -Don't worry, Be happy! is a youth story centered on student council life that seamlessly blends lighthearted comedy with dazzling drama. Anzu Mamenoki comes from an extremely impoverished background, and her singular ambition in life is entirely financial. She keeps her sights firmly locked on one goal—earning an annual income of ten million yen. Coolly determined and fiercely focused, she ignores everything else that does not serve this target. During her first year of high school, Anzu decides to run for student council president, viewing the position purely as a strategic move to enhance her academic record. However, her carefully laid plans do not go as expected, and she ultimately settles into the role of vice president instead. To make matters worse, the presidency is claimed by an arrogant, condescending, and downright mean young man.
