Driver's Love

Driver's Love is a manga anthology exploring complex romantic entanglements, beginning with Shouku, who is enjoying a rickshaw ride with his girlfriend when the driver abruptly abducts him. The captor turns out to be Tatsumi, a former classmate toward whom Shouku has long harbored guilt for failing to intervene during a past fight. When Shouku offers himself as a target for retribution, Tatsumi’s intentions take an unexpected and intimate turn as he binds Shouku and begins stripping away his clothes. The collection continues through a series of emotionally charged narratives. In "Passionate Kiss," Yuki is forced to return home following a family tragedy, compelling him to confront his true feelings and reconsider his future alongside his lover, Gajin. "Kusari" follows Yuusuke, who secretly yearns for his adopted brother, Kensuke, only to have his world shattered upon overhearing Kensuke engaged in a sexual encounter with their mother. Meanwhile, "Last Kiss" centers on Eiji, a salaryman hopelessly devoted to Mark, an American soldier whose inevitable departure keeps Eiji from confessing his love. Finally, "Sakura Blossoms For Me" captures Rokou and Suukou skipping their graduation ceremony for a fleeting, intimate escape, leaving them to wonder if it will be their last moment together.
