The Healing Priest of the Sun

Han Jungwoo, better known by his in-game alias Kai, has always been taken advantage of because of his inherently kind nature. Within the immersive world of MID, recognized as the most realistic online fantasy game in existence, he dedicates his time to assisting fellow players in need rather than pursuing standard quests or personal advancement. His gentle disposition frequently leaves him vulnerable to those who view compassion as a weakness, yet he continues to prioritize helping others over his own progress. Everything changes when Kai unexpectedly unlocks the opportunity to become a Solaris Cleric, an exceedingly rare and hidden character class. For the first time, the game’s mechanics actively reward him for the very altruism that others have long exploited. Instead of falling behind, his dedication to performing good deeds now fuels his growth and grants him unique advantages within the virtual world. However, this newfound path is far from easy. Surrounded by ruthless players willing to do whatever it takes to dominate, Kai must navigate a fiercely competitive environment where mercy is often seen as a liability. As he rises through the ranks, the ultimate question remains: can a genuinely kind-hearted player survive the cutthroat landscape of MID and establish himself among the top-tier elite?
