The 10-Star Player's Lucky Draw

Casual players and competitive gamers rarely see eye to eye, yet the world’s most enigmatic new virtual reality game is about to force an unlikely alliance. When Junghoon logs in seeking nothing more than pure entertainment, his laid-back approach triggers a bizarre twist of fate. Instead of a standard companion, his permanent patron spirit manifests as Kang Jinho—a fiercely dedicated, real-life hardcore gamer who has been inexplicably trapped inside the system and forced to serve as a non-playable character. Bound together by the game’s mechanics, these two polar opposites must navigate a digital landscape neither fully understands. Their clashing philosophies threaten to turn every quest into a battle of wills, raising the question of whether they will drive each other to madness or find common ground. However, as they delve deeper into the VR world, it becomes clear that this mysterious game harbors secrets far greater than either could have uncovered alone. What begins as a frustrating mismatch may ultimately become the key to unraveling the truth hidden within the system.
