Kashikoi Ken Rilienthal

The Hino family welcomes a new addition to their lives when they pick up their "little brother" from the airport, only to discover that he is Rilienthal, an intelligent dog with the ability to speak fluent Japanese and possess mysterious powers. As they get to know Rilienthal, they soon learn that they are not the only ones interested in him. Men in black suits, working for a clandestine organization, are also on his tail, referring to him as RD-1, and will stop at nothing to capture him.
