Saikyou Jiko Bukken to Reikan Zero Otoko no Hanashi.

A young man is preparing to move out of a residence widely rumored to be deeply haunted. However, he possesses absolutely no spiritual sensitivity, leaving him entirely oblivious to the supernatural presence lurking within his home. Because he cannot sense or perceive ghosts in any capacity, his daily life in the supposedly cursed property has been remarkably ordinary and undisturbed. This complete lack of awareness proves deeply frustrating for Kinako-sama, the self-proclaimed strongest earth-bound spirit haunting the premises. With her tenant scheduled to leave for good, she realizes this is her final opportunity to fulfill her role as a terrifying entity. Determined not to let him depart without experiencing true fear, she resolves to use every ounce of her formidable power against him. As the clock ticks down on his last day in the house, Kinako-sama launches a relentless campaign to scare the living hell out of her departing resident. The story follows this comedic supernatural struggle between an overwhelmingly powerful ghost desperate to prove her terrifying reputation and a completely spiritually blind man who remains blissfully unaware of the spectral chaos unfolding around him.
