The Requiem for Wandering Souls

In the ancient Kingdom of Silla, chilling ghost stories are no longer mere folklore—they have begun manifesting in the physical world, casting a shadow of terror across the land. Seolyeong, a dedicated hwarang warrior, finds himself at the center of the panic when he is falsely accused of orchestrating these supernatural horrors. Driven by a fierce determination to uncover the truth and restore his tarnished honor, he embarks on a perilous quest to investigate the source of the disturbances. His search leads him to Jaha, a former commander of the hwarang who now carries a sinister burden: demonic energy pulses within him. Jaha conceals a dark and troubling secret, yet before Seolyeong can unravel the mystery surrounding this enigmatic figure, he presses forward with his mission. He dedicates himself to finding and laying every restless spirit to eternal peace. However, as he tirelessly works to save the wandering dead, Seolyeong remains entirely oblivious to a tragic irony—the tormented soul most desperately in need of his salvation is far closer than he realizes.
