Sanshimai ga Ore wo Yuuwaku Shite Kuru!!

After failing his medical school entrance exam, a determined young man retreats to a quiet rural village to focus entirely on his studies. Driven by the desire to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and become an exceptional doctor, he hopes the peaceful countryside will provide the perfect environment for academic success. However, his new living arrangements quickly prove to be anything but ordinary. The residence where he plans to study is managed by three stunning sisters who harbor a mysterious secret, mirroring the hidden truths of the village and its inhabitants themselves. Almost immediately upon his arrival, unsettling anomalies begin to surface. The most glaring oddity is the complete absence of men; the entire village appears to be populated exclusively by women. As if that were not baffling enough, the youngest of the three sisters exhibits deeply predatory behavior toward him, openly expressing a desire to "eat" him while revealing a set of unnerving fangs. Thrust into a bizarre and potentially dangerous situation, the aspiring physician finds his focus shifting from textbooks to survival as he desperately tries to unravel the dark mysteries surrounding his eccentric hosts and the strange community he now calls home.
