Chuubyou Gekihatsu Boy

Following her transfer to a new high school, Mizuki Hijiri expects a fresh and relatively ordinary start to her academic life. However, her plans for a peaceful routine are upended when she experiences a fateful encounter with a group of eccentric male classmates thoroughly consumed by *chuunibyou*—the classic adolescent delusions of grandeur. Among her new peers is Noda, an ambitious youth fiercely dedicated to the dream of becoming a true hero; Takashima, a tragically handsome otaku whose affections are strictly reserved for two-dimensional characters; Nakamura, who genuinely believes he is a reincarnated entity of either an angel or a devil; and Tsukumo, who fancies himself a mysterious puppet master pulling strings from the shadows. Thrust into the daily orbit of these dramatic and theatrical daydreamers, Mizuki finds her attempts at a normal school life continuously derailed. As she navigates their wildly over-the-top antics and elaborate fantasies, her everyday routine transforms into a humorous and unpredictable journey alongside this unforgettable cohort of imaginative boys.
