Love Sprouts from a Misunderstanding

Shingo is a dedicated pharmaceutical sales representative whose professional life takes an unexpected turn when a client introduces him to Reiji, a strikingly handsome anesthesiologist at a major hospital. Their initial encounter is far from promising; Reiji greets Shingo with icy indifference and outright hostility, making it clear he has no interest in conversation or business. Despite this frigid reception, Shingo refuses to give up. His persistent efforts eventually break through the doctor's guarded exterior, culminating in a surprising invitation to accompany Reiji to a medical conference in the countryside. The professional trip quickly blurs into deeply personal territory when the two men find themselves sharing a single hotel room with only one bed. As the evening unfolds, the atmosphere shifts dramatically. With a carelessly discarded robe and an unexpectedly intense gaze, Reiji’s demeanor transforms completely, leaving Shingo overwhelmed and desperately trying to decipher the situation. The once cold and rigid doctor now appears to be making an unmistakable advance, plunging Shingo into a flustered dilemma as he questions how to respond to such a sudden proposition. What begins as a challenging business relationship rapidly ignites into a passionate and complicated affair between the charming salesman and the enigmatic physician.
