Duty After School

Unidentified anomalies have begun descending from the sky, heralding a slow and devastating apocalypse. As these mysterious entities spread across the globe, civilization teeters on the brink of collapse. The world is gradually succumbing to an unprecedented threat, leaving nations desperate for any means of defense against an enemy that defies conventional understanding. In South Korea, the regular armed forces find themselves critically overwhelmed and vastly outnumbered by the relentless invaders. With the military stretched far beyond its limits and facing imminent failure, the government is forced into a drastic measure to ensure the nation's survival. High school and college students are abruptly stripped of their ordinary lives and conscripted into active combat duty. These young civilians, entirely unprepared for the horrors of war, must rapidly transform into soldiers to hold the line alongside the remaining professional troops. Thrust into a brutal fight where every engagement could be their last, they are tasked with protecting humanity at the ultimate cost. With no avenue for escape, these reluctant recruits must risk their own lives in a desperate struggle to keep their world from falling into total ruin.
