Ochikobore Shiro Madoushi Cecil wa Taishougai no Hazu deshita

During a high-society gathering, Cecil—an underperforming white mage—sprays a homemade concoction directly into the face of Oswald, the charismatic captain of the First Paladin Squadron and the realm's most eligible bachelor. Her drastic action is driven entirely by her ability to sense a powerful aura of dark taint emanating from him. In retaliation, an enraged Oswald forcefully abducts Cecil and carries her back to his private mansion. Expecting her safety and virtue to be immediately compromised, Cecil is instead met with surprising indifference when Oswald casually dismisses her, stating she is simply not his type. The captain's true intentions soon come to light: he seeks to uncover the secrets behind Cecil's special potion, which serves as the sole effective remedy for a chronic, cursed wound he sustained on the battlefield. Recognizing an unexpected opportunity, Cecil agrees to assist him, determined to finally prove her worth and make her mark as a capable white mage. Thus begins an unexpected romantic comedy bridging the lives of a cursed holy knight and a well-meaning, clumsy healer.
