Mairimashita! Iruma-kun: If Episode of Mafia

An official spin-off of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun, this alternate universe story reimagines the beloved protagonist's life as he rises to prominence within the criminal underworld. Despite being only five years old, Iruma has already endured the harsh realities of life as a street urchin, witnessing far more than any child should. His difficult existence takes an unexpected turn when he discovers an elderly man bleeding out directly in front of his home. Driven by his innate compassion, the kind-hearted boy dedicates himself to nursing the stranger back to health, expecting nothing in return before moving on with his daily struggles. However, the old man eventually resurfaces and reveals a shocking truth: he is Don Sullivan, the formidable leader of a powerful underground organization known as Babyls. Recognizing something extraordinary in the young boy who saved his life, Sullivan presents Iruma with a life-altering proposition. He offers to formally adopt the child as his own grandson, bringing him into the fold of the mafia. Faced with such overwhelming authority and opportunity, Iruma finds himself entirely unable to refuse the Don's offer, setting him on an unforeseen path toward becoming a key figure in the criminal empire.
