Their relationship is built on quiet devotion and shared purpose. Huo Fa dedicates herself to carefully tending to Hei Xiong’s lifeless form, preserving her companion against the inevitable passage of time. Meanwhile, Hei Xiong is driven by a deeper need: uncovering the truth behind her impossible existence and understanding why she continues to move despite being dead. As the funeral home teeters on the brink of ruin, both girls face a relentless battle against deterioration. They must work together not only to save their livelihood from collapsing but also to protect each other from succumbing to the forces of decay that constantly threaten to pull them apart.
