Kurogane

Hiroto is a high-achieving high school student who excels academically, but struggles with physical activities due to his weak body. Despite his lack of endurance, speed, and strength, he aspires to be a hero. Fate has given him exceptional eyesight, allowing him to perceive his surroundings with unparalleled clarity, particularly in sports. However, his body is unable to keep up with his keen vision. When his friend Shiratori approaches him to join the Kendo team, Hiroto learns about a rumor surrounding a ghost named Tojo Sayuri, who is said to haunt a city alley while wielding a katana. Driven by curiosity, Hiroto investigates the rumor and discovers that the ghost is real. Tojo Sayuri has been searching for a successor to her Sakura sword style for 150 years and chooses Hiroto after he unexpectedly dodges her attack. Forced to learn the ancient Sakura style, Hiroto must overcome his poor motor skills with the help of the ghostly swordsman to become the hero he has always wanted to be.
