Thompson

Urban legends have taken physical form, manifesting as terrifying entities known as Folklore. To combat this growing threat, the enigmatic Thompson Agency operates with a singular mission: identifying and capturing these beings before they can inflict further harm on humanity. Agents Emma and Yuliya find themselves stationed at a quiet rural branch far removed from the chaos of the capital. While horrific atrocities unfold in Tokyo, their daily routine consists of mundane chores like cleaning basements and repairing toilets for the local residents. Yet peace is only an illusion wherever people gather. Myths, rumors, and fairy tales seep into the collective consciousness, transforming public fear into tangible horrors that lurk in the shadows and around every corner. When a local factory owner contacts the agency to investigate strange occurrences—convinced his workers are merely being superstitious—Emma and Yuliya uncover a far more sinister reality. Something dangerous has retreated to their sleepy town to recover its strength. It may be wounded now, but it will not remain weak for long, forcing the two agents to confront a looming nightmare hiding in plain sight.
