Star of the Overlord

When the Overlord’s Star emerges in the heavens, the world is immediately thrust into devastating chaos. Ancient prophecy dictates that only an individual born with the very essence of this celestial phenomenon possesses the power to restore order and save humanity from ruin. As society crumbles beneath the weight of unprecedented upheaval, two former comrades—Baek Woonhoi and Chun Ryuyoung—find their destinies irrevocably altered by the star's ominous light. Though they once fought side by side, both men now harbor the singular ambition of claiming the title of Overlord for themselves. Their motivations, however, are driven by vastly different circumstances. Ryuyoung seeks the ultimate power out of a desperate need to protect his family from the encroaching destruction, while Woonhoi pursues the throne because he has absolutely nothing left to lose. As the Overlord’s Star burns ever brighter across the sky, its intensifying glow signals the approach of an unavoidable war. The bond these two warriors once shared begins to fracture under the pressure of their competing ambitions. Both men possess an unyielding will to fight, but the cruel reality of fate demands a single victor. In the end, only one Overlord can reign supreme.
