Between Two Floors

When Jae-Jeong Sin’s father decides to rent out a portion of their family home, Jae-Jeong loses his favorite room and gains a deep-seated resentment toward the new arrivals. The tenants are a single mother and her daughter, A-Rin Woo, whose presence immediately disrupts his quiet life. However, mere annoyance quickly escalates into something far more complicated when Jae-Jeong uncovers a shocking truth: his father and A-Rin’s mother have been engaging in a secret affair. To make matters worse, he soon realizes that A-Rin has just discovered the same devastating betrayal on her own. Bound together by this ugly secret, Jae-Jeong and A-Rin find themselves drawn into an uneasy closeness. Despite the simmering resentment they both carry, their shared burden creates an undeniable connection between them. As the weight of their parents' deception grows heavier and tensions begin to spill over into their daily lives at school, the two teenagers decide they can no longer remain passive bystanders. Driven by anger and desperation, they forge a dangerous pact. If their parents refuse to end the illicit relationship on their own, Jae-Jeong and A-Rin will take matters into their own hands and force them to stop.
