Paper Tiger

Hoseon is a realm steeped in ancient myths and restless spirits, a place where monstrous entities seamlessly blend into human society and exorcists hunt them down wielding modern assault rifles. For Gal Park, a solitary wandering spirit hunter, tracking and eliminating these hostile creatures is simply a way of life. He makes no distinctions between his targets; whether a disgruntled monster preys upon the wicked or the innocent, he dispatches them all with equal resolve, treating every encounter as just another day on the job. However, his routine existence takes a sharp turn when an unexpected reunion forces him to cross paths with his former comrades from the Bureau of Exorcists. Their reappearance complicates his independent work and drags old ties back into the light. At the same time, unsettling disturbances begin to ripple outward from the Dragon King’s Underwater Palace, hinting at a larger threat looming beneath the surface. Adding to the mounting tension is the sudden arrival of a mysterious red-haired girl possessing the rare ability to instantly see through any spirit’s disguise. As hidden agendas unravel and new dangers emerge, Gal finds himself drawn into a conflict far more intricate than his usual hunts.
