An ordinary high school boy finds his mundane existence abruptly shattered when a beautiful girl named Tamura Nagisaki suddenly appears before him. Her desperate plea for protection sets off a chain of events that violently upends his peaceful daily routine, dragging him into a terrifying reality he never could have anticipated. Their fragile connection is soon targeted by a sadistic killer known as the Dimensional Rider, a remorseless murderer who strikes without any discernible motive or warning. In a brutal act of violence, this entity takes Nagisaki’s life, plunging the protagonist into despair. However, her death does not bring an end to their ordeal; instead, it triggers a bizarre temporal anomaly, forcing time to continuously loop back and forth between the two of them in an endless, repeating cycle. Trapped within this relentless spiral of tragedy, the young man must confront both the horrifying carnage inflicted by the Dimensional Rider and the suffocating nature of their fractured timeline. As the boundaries of reality blur and the loops persist, the pair faces a harrowing question: can they find a way to break free from the infinite repetition and escape the bloodshed that binds them?
