Utilizing an innovative device called the DC Mini, practitioners can function as dream detectives, seamlessly entering the dreams of their patients to navigate and analyze their deepest unconscious thoughts. However, before legislation can officially authorize this advanced technology, one of the prototypes is stolen, plunging the research facility into chaos. In the wrong hands, the device poses a catastrophic threat, granting its user the power to completely obliterate a sleeping victim’s personality.
