Dolce

Usami is a dedicated chef working at MIYA, an Italian restaurant known for its traditional culinary focus. However, his professional routine is abruptly disrupted when the establishment's eccentric owner announces a drastic change in direction. She intends to transform MIYA into a "bishounen restaurant," a concept built entirely around employing exceptionally attractive young men to charm the clientele. Deeply opposed to what he views as a frivolous and unserious business model, Usami refuses to participate in the new venture and desperately seeks a way out of the arrangement. To avoid being part of the superficial rebranding, Usami negotiates a compromise with the owner. The resulting agreement leaves him with a demanding new responsibility: he must personally train Komiya, the owner’s pampered and playboy son, to eventually take over the management of the business. Usami hopes that by fulfilling this obligation, he can distance himself from the restaurant's bizarre transformation while still honoring his commitment to his craft. Yet, just as he settles into his unexpected role as a mentor, Komiya reveals ambitions of his own. Rather than simply following the established terms, the spoiled heir decides to propose a separate deal, setting the stage for a complicated dynamic between the serious chef and the unpredictable young successor.
