Hajimete, Kanojo to.

Created by Morishima Akiko, Hajimete, Kanojo to. revisits the romantic origins of beloved couples from the author’s previous manga series. The narrative begins by exploring the relationship between Sarina and Sumi from Rakuen no Joken, revealing how they first came together and why their bond never quite settled into a traditional partnership. Their journey culminates in a heartfelt realization for Sarina: rather than sharing a conventional domestic life when Sumi moves in, she discovers that traveling the world alongside her is the future she truly desires. The story then shifts to Shinobu and Lalaa, who have been living together for some time. While Lalaa is profoundly happy with their current life, reflecting on their early days leaves her quietly nostalgic for the tearful, younger version of Shinobu she once knew. Next, Sayaka and Ruri from Ruri-iro Yume take the spotlight, showcasing how Sayaka’s dreams have evolved since their introduction—a change both she and the reader can embrace. Finally, the collection returns to Mitsuki and Kaoru from Renai Joshika, tracing their history back to their school years to detail how they transitioned from acquaintances to friends, and ultimately to lovers during their very first time dating.
