The Tale of The Hyungsan Sect

Discarded by his own blood relatives, a young boy named Gunak is callously sold to the Hyungsan Sect for a mere twenty gold coins. What begins as a transactional exchange of an unwanted child quickly transforms into something far more profound. Instead of treating him as a purchased servant or an outsider, the members of the Hyungsan Sect embrace Gunak with genuine warmth and unwavering affection. For the first time in his life, he experiences the comfort of belonging, and he rapidly forms a deep, heartfelt attachment to the martial artists who took him in and offered him a true home. Yet, despite the profound bonds he has forged within the sect, circumstances eventually compel Gunak to depart from the only family that ever truly cared for him. He steps away from their sanctuary and embarks on a long journey, spending ten arduous years away from the people who shaped his heart. A full decade passes in silence and separation, leaving his past life behind. When he finally makes his return to the Hyungsan Sect after all those years, the reunion promises to bring new revelations, testing the enduring strength of the ties he left behind.
