SAI☆TSUYO! ~The story of the strongest Judoka who became the mean girl in a girly video game.~

Tengai Tono is a dedicated university student who has just achieved the pinnacle of his martial arts career, officially claiming the title of Japan's number one judoka. However, his triumph is cut short when a sudden accident on his journey home from the championship tournament alters his fate entirely. Instead of waking up in a hospital or returning to his normal life, Tengai finds himself inexplicably summoned into the fictional world of an otome game. To make matters even more disorienting, he has not merely been transported as himself. The formidable male athlete has been completely transformed into Elizabeth, the game’s beautiful and notoriously cruel villainess. Stripped of his original identity but retaining every ounce of his physical prowess, Tengai must navigate this unfamiliar, romance-driven setting while trapped in the body of a character destined for ruin. Driven by a desperate desire to return to his beloved family, Tengai resolves to conquer the game's narrative on his own terms. He sets his sights on achieving the most difficult ending available in the story. To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, he will have to combine his unmatched judo strength, refined combat skills, and genuine kindness, proving that the heart of a champion can overcome even the most rigid mechanics of a girly video game.
