Dear My Killer Tune

Hirotaka Masaki works as a hairdresser, leading an ordinary life that is quietly anchored by his deep devotion to music. For years, he has been an ardent admirer of The Lazy Rats, a wildly popular rock band that commands the industry's attention. Within that group, it is the guitarist, Reiichi Himemiya, who holds Hirotaka’s greatest fascination. Despite his intense admiration, Hirotaka remains perfectly content living on the periphery of fame, happily fulfilling his role as a dedicated supporter from afar without ever expecting to cross paths with his idol in a personal capacity. That comfortable distance shatters entirely when Reiichi unexpectedly walks into Hirotaka’s salon one day as a client. The sudden arrival of the celebrated musician transforms Hirotaka’s familiar workplace into uncharted territory, forcing him to navigate a deeply surreal encounter. As they interact within the intimate setting of the salon, the strict boundaries separating an everyday fan from a larger-than-life celebrity begin to dissolve. What was once a safe, one-sided admiration now evolves into something far more complicated, leaving Hirotaka to confront a shifting dynamic where professional duty and personal infatuation inevitably collide.
