Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

As he begins his high school years, Koutaro Satomi embarks on a new chapter of independence by moving into a modest apartment. The rent is an astonishingly low five thousand yen per month, making it an irresistible bargain despite the cramped living space. However, this remarkably cheap price tag comes with a significant catch: the room is reportedly haunted. A charming ghost has already frightened away every previous tenant, and she is entirely determined to drive Koutaro out as well. Rather than surrendering his hard-won independence, Koutaro resolves to stand his ground against the spectral squatter. Yet, the ghost is only the beginning of his housing troubles. Before long, a magical girl arrives with her own claims to the space, soon followed by a growing cast of other uniquely extraordinary young women. Each newcomer brings her own distinct motives for wanting the tiny room, transforming what was meant to be a quiet, solitary life into an ongoing domestic battleground. With so many unusual occupants vying for control of one small apartment, Koutaro's peaceful high school life quickly becomes anything but ordinary.
