Neuro Hard: Hachi no Wakusei

Set in the year 2300, Neuro Hard: Hachi no Wakusei follows humanity during an era defined by relentless space exploration. Human civilization now drifts through the cosmos aboard Hurema Hiyuto, a massive mechanized planet that serves as their mobile home among the stars. When intelligent lifeforms are detected on a distant fifth planet, a dedicated team of explorers is assembled and dispatched to investigate this groundbreaking discovery. However, the expedition is doomed from the start due to a catastrophic administrative blunder. The officials overseeing the mission mistakenly bring aboard a volatile crew of unruly space pirates rather than qualified personnel. True to their chaotic nature, these reckless outlaws end up destroying the expedition's primary vessel, leaving the surviving crew with no choice but to make a desperate crash landing on an uncharted world known as Anthea. Stranded far from the safety of Hurema Hiyuto, the explorers quickly realize they have landed on a deeply hostile environment. D믭 the Planet of the Bees, Anthea is entirely dominated by a sprawling colony of highly aggressive wasps. Cut off from home and surrounded by a terrifying alien ecosystem, the stranded crew must find a way to survive against overwhelming natural threats on a world that wants them dead.
