A tragic bus accident during a school trip claims the lives of every student in Class 2-C of Midorishino High School. However, death is not the end for these twenty-four classmates. Stripped of their former lives and thrust into strange new forms, the entire class must quickly adapt to the harsh reality of their situation if they hope to endure. For those without such power, survival is a daily struggle against overwhelming odds.
