I'm the Heroic Knight of an Intergalactic Empire!

Emma Rodman’s lifelong ambition was forged the day she witnessed Count Banfield heroically defend her homeworld from a devastating space pirate attack. Inspired by his valor, she dedicated herself to the path of knighthood, fully prepared to sacrifice her life to protect the innocent and serve her lord’s domain. However, her dreams face a crushing setback when she receives a dismal D-rank—the absolute lowest grade—on her final examination at the knights' academy. As punishment for her poor performance, Emma is banished to a desolate border planet far from the heart of the empire. To make matters worse, the squad assigned to her command consists entirely of unmotivated slackers who show no interest in duty or discipline. Faced with such overwhelming disappointment, she begins to question whether it is time to abandon her dream altogether. Yet, this very isolation might prove to be an unexpected blessing, offering her the quiet space needed to develop her skills, rally her lackluster team, and ultimately forge her own legendary path as a true knight.
