Kazuki Oomori is a timid university freshman navigating his first year without any romantic experience. Having never had a girlfriend and lacking even the most basic skills for conversing with women, he finds himself completely out of his depth when it comes to pursuing the girl he likes. To compensate for his overwhelming shyness and inexperience, Kazuki decides to approach romance methodically, treating courtship like a structured project. He begins by drafting a meticulous to-do list designed to guide him closer to Natsue Komiya. The initial steps seem manageable enough: orchestrate a chance encounter reminiscent of a classic romantic comedy, followed by establishing a basic acquaintance. With those early milestones successfully checked off, Kazuki faces the daunting challenge of executing the subsequent phases of his plan. However, as he attempts to build the confidence necessary to follow through with his carefully outlined strategy, a deeper question emerges.
