Mikkai: Amuro to Lalah

Set in Universal Century 0079, during the devastating One Year War between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, Mikkai: Amuro to Lalah explores a fateful intersection of lives shaped by conflict. Lalah Sune, a young woman who narrowly escaped a brothel in the Ganges River basin, finds an unexpected savior in Char Aznable, a calculating officer of the Zeon military. Recognizing her latent potential as a Newtype, Char takes her under his wing, determined to test the true extent of her extraordinary abilities in the vastness of space. Meanwhile, Amuro Ray is a young man thrust into the chaos of war after inadvertently becoming a mobile suit pilot for the Federation Army. Exhausted by relentless combat, he arrives at Side 6—a neutral cluster of space colonies—for much-needed resupply. It is here that Amuro crosses paths with Lalah, sparking a profound encounter that bridges the divide between two opposing factions. As their destinies intertwine against the backdrop of an interstellar war, both are forced to confront the emotional and ideological boundaries that separate them.
