The Crown Princess Scandal

Tricked by her younger sister, Hwa-Yeong is thrust into the imperial palace to compete in the crown princess selection process. Facing a grueling six-month residency, she refuses to accept her fate and devises a desperate plan: intentionally sabotage her own chances by breaking every rule in hopes of an early disqualification. However, her deliberate missteps backfire spectacularly, earning her unexpected admiration from the royal family rather than their disdain. To complicate matters further, repeated encounters with Shin-Yeong, the Crown Prince himself, transform her careless antics into deeply personal entanglements. Instead of dismissing her, he becomes determined to thwart her escape, boldly declaring that he will use every ounce of his influence to ensure she remains exactly where she is. Caught between her frantic desire to leave and the Crown Prince’s unwavering resolve to keep her, Hwa-Yeong must navigate a treacherous web of court politics and growing romantic tension. With the odds stacked against her, she faces an impossible question: can she outmaneuver the royals and return home before her six-month sentence ends, or has her reckless scheme bound her to the palace forever?
