Kiyota-san wa Yogosaretai

Sumiko Kiyota is a remarkably unassuming young woman who navigates her daily life with a quiet, serious demeanor. Far from the center of attention, she prefers to keep to herself, blending seamlessly into the background of her school environment. Her routine is defined by solitude and predictability, particularly during the midday hours when she habitually retreats to eat her lunch entirely alone. For Sumiko, this isolated existence is simply the natural order of things, offering a comfortable distance from the bustling social dynamics that consume her classmates. However, the fragile rhythm of her ordinary world is unexpectedly disrupted when Yuki Shirakawa suddenly approaches her. As the most beautiful and widely admired girl in their class, Yuki exists in an entirely different social sphere, making her decision to seek out the reserved Sumiko all the more baffling. When the popular student calls out to her during what was supposed to be another solitary lunch break, it sparks an unforeseen encounter between two complete opposites. This unexpected interaction threatens to pull Sumiko out of her carefully maintained shell, raising questions about what the dazzling Yuki could possibly want with someone so deliberately plain.
