Saint Rosalind

Rosa appears to be an entirely ordinary and harmless girl, yet she harbors a terrifying secret: she is the child of the devil. Beneath her innocent exterior lies a dark nature that inevitably brings ruin to those who cross her path. As misfortune and tragedy relentlessly strike everyone around her, the horrifying truth of her lineage becomes impossible to ignore, proving that her gentle facade masks something far more sinister. The manga unfolds as a grim and unsettling tale, chronicling the devastating consequences of Rosa's mere existence. Those who surround her are drawn into a spiral of gruesome events, unable to escape the doom that follows in her wake. Her inherent darkness stands in stark contrast to her delicate appearance, creating a deeply disturbing narrative about a protagonist whose very presence spells disaster for others. This harrowing story is elevated by Watanabe’s distinct artistic approach. The series employs a sparkling, hyper-feminine art style reminiscent of 1960s shoujo manga, a deliberate aesthetic choice that sharply contrasts with the macabre themes of the plot. This juxtaposition of beautiful, vintage illustrations against a backdrop of horror makes the narrative profoundly eerie and unforgettable.
