The ultimate goal of this arrangement is to help the young heir overcome a deep-seated fear of women by working closely with someone he believes to be male. However, stepping into this role proves far more challenging than anticipated. The son, Minato, turns out to be a remarkably arrogant and unpleasant employer, testing Rei's patience at every turn.
